Almost every furniture job that goes wrong goes wrong for the same reason: the piece was measured, the path wasn't. What decides whether your sofa gets upstairs is the narrowest point along the route — usually a doorway, a stair turn, or a low ceiling over a landing — not the dimensions of the room at the end of it.

Yes — bed frames, sectionals, table legs, and IKEA units that were assembled where they stand. Tell us in advance so the crew brings the right tools and we allow for the time. Older flat-pack furniture is the one honest caveat: particleboard joints that have been apart once do not always survive a second trip, and we will say so before we start.
That's a standard job. Send us the pickup address, the seller's available window, and where it's going. We handle the load, the drive, and getting it into the room — you don't need to be at both ends, as long as somebody can let us in.
